The Black Frequency was founded in 2018 by Esperancia Brown. Esperancia's vision was to create a safe place where real people can have REAL discussions without being judged for their opinions or beliefs. Esperancia hopes to cultivate a community where everyone knows that they have a supportive group of people to learn from, lean on and to grow it.
